really good service clean pool nice view convenient location
The staff displayed really good service. The pool was clean, and my children enjoyed it every day. I booked a beautiful room with a balcony and the view was nice. The location was convenient. It was a short distance to the tube.
I noticed the gym could benefit from an update to its equipment, though it was functional.

i found the room spacious and lovely. the breakfast offered a lot of choice and good quality. the staff was friendly and helpful .
i noticed parts of the room were dusty, which detracted slightly from the overall cleanliness.

warm greeting free luggage storage attractive atrium convenient location
The reception staff greeted me warmly. I found the free luggage storage on departure day especially helpful. The hotel's atrium was indeed attractive and cute. I also appreciated the location near Swiss Cottage tube station.
I noticed some wear and tear in the pool changing rooms. A refresh would be beneficial

spacious room international sockets gem staff
the room was spacious with tasteful decor. international sockets were available, a huge help since i forgot my adapters. the bar staff were absolute gems (i visited nearly every night!).
one of the lifts was out of order.

the pool area was outdated, and i found It not especially hygienic. there were no bathrobes or swimming shoes, WHICH seemed like a MINUS.
